Complete Jewelry Repair

Rock Jewelers maintains its own repair and custom Jewelry shop with a resident Goldsmith. All your repairs are carried out on site; you can even watch our resident Goldsmith work from inside the store. Our Goldsmith works in 10K, 14K, and 18K Gold, Silver, Platinum, costume jewelry, and eyeglasses.

Our store can repair almost all fine Jewelry because we have the latest equipment, including a laser welder. We specialize in complex repairs and custom work that other Jewelers turn down, so you can rest assured that your Jewelry is in professional hands. In short, if we can’t fix it, it can’t be fixed.

Prior to commencing a repair on any piece with valuable Gems, store personnel use a microscope TV screen to show you your own Gem. You will be carefully guided through all of your Gem’s unique features so you can be comfortable knowing that the Gem you left is the one you are picking up.

Creative Counselling and Skilled Craftsmanship

Rock Jewelers can create anything you can imagine! Our personnel will work with you to design your dream piece, and discuss options for creating it. Unlike some stores, Rock Jewelers considers “custom” work only what cannot be obtained elsewhere. For example, if a ring blank can be found that is close to what a customer envisions, then adapted, it is not considered custom work, and fees are less.

True custom work is a start-from-scratch process at Rock Jewelers. Our Goldsmith can do everything from wax carving to casting your piece in precious metal, to the final stone mounts and polishing. Our store also maintains many books and photographs to help you to determine exactly what features you require when developing your special jewelry. Rock Jewelers can build your jewelry in any precious metal and with the finest gems available. When it is done, your one-of-a-kind piece will be a treasured family heirloom and passed on for generations.
